Description:

This machine is mainly used in high quality printed boxes and cartons, exclusive equipment for thin paper, leather , cardboard gluing , also it can glue a variety of single-sided plastic fiber paper.

The machine is fully enclosed shaped, transmission parts by rolling , glue plate movements and other structures, each axis of stainless steel , suitable for different thickness of paper . So it compact and stable performance , transmission sensitivity , low noise, high efficiency and low labor intensity .

Structure and Working Principle

This machine is consisted of upper/middle/lower gluing rooler,upper/lower rack,gears,belt wheel,motor,adjustment hand wheel,etc.

The machine is driven by a motor through V-belt pulleys, V- belts,having the lower gluing roller gear driven gears so that upper/middle/lower gluing rooler can roll. Through the lifting structure of glue , make the lower guling roller and glue in the gluing plate be in the work status postion to reach the gluing purposes. Up or down the hand wheel to adjust the position of upper/lower gluing roller, so that the layer thickness can reach the requirements. Meanwhile it can’t be used until you adjust the hand wheel to required position according to the specifications of the workpiece
