1. Chinese & English touch screen control system with stainless steel cabinet. Simply set required parameters (filling volume, bag length, etc.) on the display panel; the control system will automatically optimize and coordinate all mechanical movements to achieve the optimal packaging speed.
2. Stepper motor drive system featuring high precision. The bag-making length can be adjusted accurately without modifying any other components. For packaging materials with color marks, complete trademark patterns can be fully aligned.

   The film feeding mechanism adopts a self-weight motor pressing structure, doubling the feeding stroke of packaging film, delivering flat bags without edge misalignment.

   Stepless adjustment for speed and bag length: packaging speed and bag length can be steplessly adjusted within the rated range, with no spare parts replacement required.
3. Unique embedded sealing design with reinforced heat-sealing assembly and intelligent temperature controller. It maintains excellent thermal balance to adapt to various packaging materials, featuring stable performance, low noise, clear sealing lines and superior sealing tightness.
4. Rotary roller cutting structure. By replacing different cutting blades, three cutting modes are available as required: straight cut, serrated cut, and straight perforated tear cut. The cutter runs smoothly and reliably without jamming bags, with simple operation.
5. Equipped with Taiwan-made air cylinders, ensuring accurate dosing, tiny measurement error and high production efficiency.
